Hey Cycle 2,

Remember how much fun we had last year examining meaningful messages through PicLit. I was so impressed with your honesty and deep thoughts!

This year I would like to use PicLit again, but this time I want to make metaphors come alive. Figurative language is so important because it helps the reader build wonderful, vivid images and express emotions!

Take a look at my example below. Do you see how my metaphor accompanies my PicLit image?
